When her beloved great aunt Nettie, the guardian of this tradition, was diagnosed with dementia, the future of their beloved dish was in jeopardy. Determined to preserve this treasured legacy, Tiera embarked on a culinary journey, spending years perfecting the recipe that held so much meaning.
After countless trials and taste tests, Tiera succeeded in recreating her great aunt's sweet corn pudding, bringing it to her in a nursing home where the familiar flavors sparked a memory. Her great aunt, with a smile, exclaimed, “I made this. I did my good cooking with this!” That moment became the spark for Sweet Corn Puddin’, as Tiera realized her calling was to share this culinary joy with the world.
Launched in January 2024, Sweet Corn Puddin' is Tiera’s tribute to her family’s culinary heritage. Conveniently fully cooked and frozen, our puddings are free from preservatives, dyes, and artificial additives, providing both flavor and nutrition.
